RSA BSAFE Cert-J 6.2.4 Release Notes
Virtualized Environments
This release of Cert-J has been tested on virtual machines on VMware vSphere
®
ESXi™ 6.x (ESXi), and Microsoft Hyper-V™ (Hyper-V) hosted on Windows Server
2008 R2. Cert-J can be run in a virtualized environment on the supported Guest
Operating Systems listed in the following table.
Discontinued Environments
In this release of Cert-J, RSA discontinues support for the following:
• Canonical Ubuntu 14.04 Server 32-bit and 64-bit.
In the next release of Cert-J, RSA might discontinue support for the following
platform:
• IBM AIX 6.1, PowerPC 32-bit and 64-bit
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 SP 2, Intel and Itanium 2, 32-bit and 64-bit
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (SSLF configuration) 32-bit and 64-bit
• Oracle Solaris 10, SPARC v8+ and v9, Intel 32-bit and 64-bit.
Where a vendor discontinues mainstream support for an operating system and
platform combination, RSA discontinues support from the same date.
