Replacing the Drive-Bay Heat-Sensor

Procedure
1. Reroute the drive-bay heat-sensor in the sensor bracket.
2. Align the drive-bay heat-sensor in the securing clip.
3. Close and press the release tab on the securing clip.
4. Lay the chassis on the left side.
5. Connect the drive-bay heat-sensor cable to the connector on the system board. See “
System Board Components”.
Post-requisites
1. Replace both the left and right side-panels. See “
Replacing the Side Panels”.
2. Replace the
stability foot.
