THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU
MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). DELL'S
RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN
