3. In the right page, under
Actions, perform the following steps:
a. Click
Add Servers to add a server component to the service.
NOTE
: The Add Servers button is displayed only if the service contains a service
component.
b. Click
Add Storage to add one or more storage components to the service.
NOTE
: The Add Storage button is displayed only if the service has a storage component.
c. Click Add VM to add one or more storage components to the service.
NOTE: The Add VM button is displayed only if the service has a storage component.

To add a service to an existing service:
1. On the
Add Server(s) page, from the Resource to Duplicate drop-down list, select the server.
2. In the
# of Instances box, enter the number of server instances that you want to add to the service,
and click Continue.
3. In the corresponding Component Name
boxes, enter the name of the server.
4. Under OS settings, enter the name of the host names of the server in the corresponding boxes.
5. Click Save.
When you redeploy an existing service after adding one or more servers, the following states are
displayed in the Resources page:
The state of the existing server resources that are part of the service changes from “Deployed” to
‘Deploying”, and then changes to “Deployed” after the deployment is complete.
The state of the new server changes from “Available” to “Reserved”. Once the deployment starts, the
state changes to “Deploying”. If the deployment is successful, the state changes to “Deployed”. If the
deployment is not successful, the state changes to “Error”.
Adding Storage to Existing Service
To add storage components to an existing service:
1. On the Add Storage page, from the Resource to Duplicate drop-down list, select the storage to
clone.
2. In the # of Instances box, enter the number of storage instances that you want to add to the service,
and click Continue.
3. In the corresponding Component Name boxes, enter the storage name.
4. Under
Storage Settings, enter the name of the storage volume in the corresponding boxes.
5. Click
Save.
