Align and insert the solid-state drive holder on the system board to accommodate the M.2 2230 solid-state drive.

Installing the M.2 2230 solid-state drive
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
NOTE: You can refer the below procedure to install the M.2 2230 solid-state drive in both SLOT 1 and SLOT 2.
NOTE: SLOT1 supports only PCIe Gen4 Solid-state drive and does not support any Intel Optane.
NOTE: SLOT2 supports only PCIe Gen3 Solid-state drive and Intel Optane.
