Intel System Agent Enhanced Speed Step (SAGV) always disabled
For Precision 3260 Compact, the SAGV option is disabled by default. If enabled, your computer will incur additional boot time
when memory is added or swapped.
TPM setting through SMMM
When the system board is replaced, by default the TPM is enabled and this is applicable for most of the computers in the rest
of the world. Select the Enable Firmware/Integrated TPM - For Regional Restrictions option, this option permanently
disables the Discrete Hardware TPM and applicable for China region.
