Dekolink W ir eless [Lt d.] (“Dekolink”), manuf act ur er of t his pr oduct (t he “Pr oduct ”)
war r ant s t o t he or iginal pur chaser (“Pur chaser ”) t hat t he Pr oduct is f r ee f r om def ect s in
mat er ials and wor kmanship f or a t er m t hat ends on t he ear lier of t welve (12) mont hs f r om
t he dat e of act ivat ion of t he Pr oduct or f if t een (15) mont hs f r om t he dat e of shipment of
t he Pr oduct by Dekolink. The obligat ions of Dekolink under t his war r ant y shall be limit ed
solely t o t he r epair or exchange or giving cr edit f or , at t he opt ion of Dekolink, any Pr oduct
t hat may pr ove def ect ive in accor dance wit h evidence sat isf act or y t o Dekolink. Any r epair
or r eplacement of t he Pr oduct by Dekolink shall not ext end t he or iginal war r ant y per iod.
This war r ant y is exclusive t o t he or iginal Pur chaser and is not assignable.
This war r ant y applies only upon t he condit ion t hat t he Pr oduct has been inst alled,
maint ained and oper at ed under condit ions of nor mal use. The pr ovisions of t his war r ant y
shall not apply if , in Dekolink’s j udgment , t he Pr oduct has been subj ect t o misuse or
neglect , damaged in an accident or by act of vandalism, or r epair ed or alt er ed in any way
t hat adver sely af f ect s it s per f or mance or r eliabilit y.
To obt ain war r ant y ser vice, Pur chaser may, upon t he pr ior wr it t en aut hor izat ion of
Dekolink or it s aut hor izer d ser vice r epr esent at ive, r et ur n t he def ect ive Pr oduct t o
Dekolink’s aut hor ized ser vice cent er . All shipping and insur ance char ges ar e t he sole
r esponsibilit y of Pur chaser and ar e not included in t his war r ant y.
Dekolink expr essly excludes and disclaims all ot her war r ant ies, including but not limit ed t o
any war r ant ies of mer chant abilit y or f it ness f or a par t icular pur pose.
Dekolink shall in no event be liable f or any special, indir ect , incident al, consequent ial or
punit ive damages or f or loss, damage, or expense, including loss of use, pr of it s, r evenue, or
goodwill, dir ect ly or indir ect ly ar ising f r om pur chaser ’s use or inabilit y t o use t he
mer chandise, or f or loss or dest r uct ion of ot her pr oper t y or f r om any ot her cause, even if
Dekolink. has been advised of t he possibilit y of such damage. some st at es do not allow t he
exclusion or limit at ion of incident al or consequent ial damages so t hese limit at ions may not
apply under cer t ain cir cumst ances.
The liabilit y of Dekolink shall in no event exceed an amount equivalent t o t he pur chase pr ice
paid by t he pur chaser f or t he def ect ive pr oduct .
This war r ant y shall not be ext ended, alt er ed or var ied except by a wr it t en inst r ument duly
signed by Dekolink.
