Problem Possible Causes Corrective Actions
One or more components is
defective:
• Remote
• Pump Battery (if in the
Remote’s battery)
One at a time, swap a
component listed on the
left with its replacement
from the starter kit. If the
replacement fixes the
problem, contact your
specialty pharmacy to
replace that defective
component.
If the replacement does not
fix the problem, swap back
to the original component,
then try replacing the next
component on the list.
