your specialty pharmacy to obtain replacement

components in the event a component stops

working as expected.

hours a day/7 days a week.

Contact your specialty pharmacy for assistance

with any of the following activities:

• Set up

• General use

• Maintenance

• To report unexpected operation or events

• To request replacement parts
