Assembly Instructions
Step 2: Rear Wheel Assembly
Note: Some mowers may be shipped with the rear wheels
pre-assembled.
A. Remove packaging materials surrounding the rear wheels
and remove the bolt threaded into the rear wheel. Retain
this bolt and washer for future use.
B. Jack up the mower from the rear center.
C. Transfer the weight from the jack to the jack stands, using
one jack stand on each rear axle.
D. Make sure that the wheels are facing the correct position
before securing. The V-shape on the tires should be
facing forward and the valve stem facing out.
E. When securing the tires make sure to secure the opposite
nut from the one secured first similar to securing a car’s
tires.
F. Repeat steps A through E for the second rear wheel.
G. Apply grease to the rear wheel sleeve grease fittings
when complete.
Step 3: Mower Handles Assembly Instructions
A. Attach handle bars to the suitable position for the operator
by making sure that the handles are at a comfortable
neutral position. The neutral position can be identified by
finding the position of the bars that is capable of being
pushed apart.
B. When adjusting the position of the handle bars be certain
that the handle bars can not go further than the operator’s
arm length.
C. The handle bars must also be able to be pulled back to its
entirety for safety purposes.
D. When handle bars are in the position best suited for the
operator, properly secure the bolts that attach the handle
bars to the mower.
