Keyword

This menu allows specic keywords received via the text stream to be congured and enabled as

event triggers. The ‘Enable Keywords’ function need to be activated in the ‘Text in Image’ menu for

this feature to operate.

Text Keyword The unit can be congured to react to dened keywords appearing

in text data and treat them as alarm zone inputs. In turn this

generates events in the event database. The advantage of this

feature is that it allows the user to see exactly which keyword

triggered an alarm. A total of 32 Keywords can be congured and

each can be up to 20 characters in length. All of the keywords will

be active on the selected Zone keyword channel, refer to “Zone

Input -> Input”.

Note: Increasing the number of keywords can signicantly increase the number of stored events.
