Installing An Advanced Feature License
To activate an AnalyticsCapable function or the Third Party IP Camera feature, rstly contact
Dedicated Micros Customer Services on Tel [phone] or contact us via our website:
‘www.dedicatedmicros.com’.
The Customer Services team will provide you with details of how you can unlock the
AnalyticsCapable potential of your unit or activate the Third Party IP Camera feature.
Before unlocking the Third Party IP Camera feature or any AnalyticsCapable function, you will need
both a License key and an Activation code (along with your Feature System code). This information
can only be obtained by contacting the Dedicated Micros Customer Services team
on Tel [phone].
After initial contact, Dedicated Micros will provide you with an email containing the License key.
You then need to contact the Customer Services team again with both the License key and also your
unit’s unique Features System code. The Features System code can be found in the Activate New
Features menu (see the ‘Activate New Features’ section of this document for guidance).
When you have provided our Customer Services team with the License key and the Features
System code, you will be given the Activation code.
Finally enter both the License key and the Activation code into the Activate New Feature menu and
select ‘Save’.
