Global Actions

This menu details how to congure the default relay actions supported on the unit.

The unit supports four onboard relay connect

ions and global relay settings. These global relays can

be trigge

red under specic conditions i.e. on receipt of any alarm or any notication of Activity

Detection

Image Protection Period Select a time period (in days) that images associated with an

alarm will be protected from deletion.

Alarm Display Mode When a relay has been triggered, the primary camera associated

with that relay can immediately be displayed on the local monitor.

Select ‘Jump To Primary Camera’ from the drop down list to

activate this function.

Revert Display Mode after Alarm Enable this setting to make the unit return to the view displayed

before the alarm activation.

Alarm Display Alert Enable this setting to display an alarm text alert in the colour

specied in ‘Alarm Colour’ in the Zone Actions Menu.

Alarm (Relay 1) Select this option to establish any alarm trigger as a Global Relay.

Therefore the relay will close when an alarm is received on any of

the alarm inputs.

Activity (Relay 2) Select this option to establish any Activity Detection trigger as

a Global Relay. Therefore the relay will close when Activity is

identied on any of the camera inputs.
