Warranty

Claim shall be limited to affected solid hardwood deck tiles only. Claim for loss of use, construction,
deconstruction labor, or any other said expenses/losses shall not be covered. No other warranties are
hereby made, neither written nor verbal, to our solid hardwood deck tiles.
Failure to follow the instructions, requirements and recommendations or warnings provided with
DeckWise® solid hardwood deck tiles shall make the warranty invalid. DeckWise® reserves the right to
investigate any claim. Deck tile applications using this product must comply with all local zoning and/or
building codes. DeckWise® does not assume any risk or liability associated with the use of solid
hardwood deck tiles or any other products original purchaser has received or used. Wearing proper
safety equipment and other necessary precautions should be taken to ensure the safety of everyone
involved in the project.
DeckWise® shall have no further liability or obligation except as purposely stated in this document.
Warranty Registration:
To be eligible to make a warranty claim you must have completed the warranty registration here on the
website. www.deckwise.com/warranty/register.html
Make Your Claim:
Prepare a letter with the following information for replacement product: online warranty registration
card properly registered within 60 days of purchase (can be printed and mailed or faxed), proof of
purchase (copy of receipt) with location and date of purchase, reason for the claim and the quantity and
