Adjustable Joiner
Step 1:Measuretheangleneeded.Adjointhetwojoinerhalves
togetherbyinsertingthebolt.Placethejoinerhalvesatthe
desiredangle,andtightenbolttoset.
Step 2:Cuthandrailsat½thedesiredangle.Slidehandrailsonto
adjustablejoiner.
Step 3:Drill3/16”pilotholesandfastenhandrailstogetherusing
3/4”screws.

Aluminum Joiner Kit
Step 1:Usealuminumjoinertofastenhandrailcomponentsat
straightjoints.
Step 2:Slidejoineranequaldistanceintobothcomponents.
Drill3/16”pilotholesandfastenusing3/4”screwsprovided.
Note: All joiners should be supported by an aluminum bracket
as closely as possible to the joint.

Stair Elbows
Step 1:Attachaluminumbrackettopost,followinginstructions
under“AluminumBracket”.
Step 2:Chooseproperdegreeofstairelbow.Slidealuminum
joinersintoeachsideofthestairelbow.Slidejoinersinto
handrails,andfollowinstructionsfor“AluminumJoinerKit”.
Step 3:Attachelbowtobracket,drilling3/16”pilotholesand
securingwiththe1”screwsprovided.

Handicap Loop
Step 1:Positionhandicaploopindesiredlocation.Markandcut
loopasnecessary.
Step 2:Attachhandicaplooptohandrailsystemusingaluminum
joiner(forlevelinstallation)oradjustablejoiner(forangled
installation).
Step 3:Attachtopandbottomaluminumbracketstosurfaceat
desiredlocations,followinginstructionsunder“Aluminum
Bracket”.
Step 4:Attachthehandicaplooptothealuminumbracketsby
drilling3/16”pilotholesandsecuringwiththe1”screws
provided.
Step 5:Attachendcaptounnishedendofloop.
Note: The alternate installation method uses the 90° post return
for the lower portion of the handicap loop, terminating into the
end post.
