1.7.4 Replacing the High-Limit Thermostat (cont.)
6. Remove high-limit mounting bracket and
high-limit spring inside frypot. Retain
mounting hardware for installation of new
high-limit.
7. Carefully pull high-limit capillary tube and
bulb out of the frypot from the bottom.
Remove high-limit mounting hardware. Retain
mounting hardware for installation of new high-
limit. (Mounting hardware and location will var

according to fryer model.)
Remove high-limit capillary tube and bulb from the
bottom of the frypot.
