Marker Annotations
AP = Atrial pace
AS = Atrial sense
AR = Atrial sense in refractory
VP = Ventricular pace
VS = Ventricular sense
VR = Ventricular sense in refractory
TP = Triggered Pace (AAT or VVT pacing mode)
MS = Mode Switch Episode (marks the beginning and the end)
ER = Error Marker (flags a Marker signal that could not be decoded)
