AT+ICF? Read command returns current settings for subparameters <format> and
<parity>. The current setting of subparameter <parity> will always
represented as 0.
AT+ICF=? Test command returns the ranges of values for the parameters <format>
and <parity>

3.5.3.3.1. Dial - D
D – Dial
ATD<number>[;] Execution command starts a call to the phone number given as parameter.
If “;” is present, a voice call to the given number is performed, regardless
of the current value of the connection mode set by +FCLASS command.
Parameter:
<number> - phone number to be dialed
Note: type of call (data, fax or voice) depends on last +FCLASS setting.
Note: the numbers accepted are 0-9 and *,#,”A”, ”B”, ”C”, ”+”.
Note: for backwards compatibility with landline modems modifiers
“T”, ”P”,”R”, ”,”, ”W”, “!”, “@” are accepted but have no effect.
ATD><str>[;] Issues a call to phone number which corresponding alphanumeric field is
<str>; all available memories will be searched for the correct entry.
If “;” is present a voice call is performed.
Parameter:
<str> - alphanumeric field corresponding to phone number; it must be
enclosed in quotation marks.
