Execution command allows to perform a quick survey through the given
channels. The range of available channels depends on the last #BND
issue.
The result format is like command #CSURVC.
Parameters:
<ch
n > - channel number (ARFCN (in case of 2G), UARFCN (in case of 3G))
Note: the <chn> must be selected in same RAT.
