<state> - State of AT commands serial port interface output hardware pins
(0, 1, 2, 3) when pin is in GPIO mode (see #V24CFG):
0 -
Low
1 - High
Note: if <state> is omitted the command returns state of the pin.
AT#V24? Read command returns actual state for all the pins in the format:
#V24: <pin1>,<state1>[<CR><LF>
#V24: <pin2>,<state2>[...]]

AT#V24=? Test command reports supported range of values for parameters <pin> and
