ACCOUNT CODES
When equipped with optional equipment, your system allows calls to be
charged to a specific account. You must have an ACCT key programmed on
your keyset to use this feature.

‘L’ VERSION SYSTEMS
Follow the relevant instructions below depending on whether your ACCT key is
programmed with an extender (000–999).
ACCT KEY WITH NO EXTENDER
• During any outside call, press the ACCT key.
• Enter the 3-digit account code bin number. Your conversation will not be
interrupted.
ACCT KEY WITH EXTENDER ‘000’
• During any outside call, press the ACCT key.
• Enter the account code (maximum 12 characters including V and #).
Press the ACCT key again. Your conversation will not be interrupted.
Note: If you make an error before you complete the account code, press the ACCT
key twice and redial the correct code.
ACCT KEY WITH EXTENDER ‘001–999’ (One-Touch)
• During any outside call, press the ACCT key.
The account code is automatically entered for you.

‘M’ VERSION SYSTEMS
• During any outside call, press the ACCT key.
• Enter the account code (maximum 12 characters including V and #).
Press the ACCT key again. Your conversation will not be interrupted.
Note: If you make an error before you complete the account code, press the ACCT
key twice and redial the correct code.
