Stainless Steel Fully Coated Ties (316 Grade)
These cable ties are coated with a PVC coating, which gives the tie
a smooth surface and rounded edges, which protects the cable and assists
with operator safety.
They can be used in highly corrosive environments, and areas with
continuous salt spray or UV radiation
The PVC coating protects the cable, and eliminates the sharp edges
which cut into the cable
The base tie is made from 316 stainless steel which will withstand years
of use in a harsh environment
The coating thickness is a nominal 0.1mm. They should be installed using
CABAC stainless steel tie tooling, either the SSTTT2 or SSTDT.

Stainless Steel Cable Ties - Standard Range
CABAC’s Stainless Steel Cable Ties are a quick, effective way of securing cables that are in
a hostile environment. They have a unique ball bearing locking mechanism that allows
the tie to be quickly and easily installed, but not undone. They install much quicker than
traditional strapping systems. The heavy duty ties have an off-set tip to speed insertion of
the tie. The ties are made from 316 non magnetic stainless steel.
• Ties are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
Typical uses are flame-proof installations, the chemical industry and long-term
external exposure
