Loom Tube
Spiral Binding & Loom Tube
CABAC’s Spiral Binding is designed to wrap around bundles of wires to make neat looms and
protect the conductors. Each Spiral Binding type accommodates a large range of diameters and
allows break outs at any point. We offer two grades: natural for indoor use and black for UV
resistant outdoor use. It is quick and easy to apply. Supplied in easy use cardboard dispenser boxes.
We also have Spiral Binding available in handy merchandising packs.
To denote a kit pack put a ‘K’ in the part number as shown in the table below.
• Material: Alkathene low-density polyethylene
• Ultra-violet stability: Good – black only (black material has 2% carbon black)
• Maximum operating temperature: 70°C
CABAC’s Loom Tube is used to create looms from loose wires and is a simple way to create a
harness. The corrugated tubing has a cut along the length into which the wires are slipped, and
can break out at any point. The tubing is:
• Crush proof
• Flame retardant
• UV stabilised
• Resistant to chemicals
• Has a quick installation time
Simply slip the wires into the split tube and anchor the harness with ties if necessary.
Supplied in 25m reels.
• Material: Flame retardant polypropylene
• Maximum operating temperature: 135°C
