Index reflects the number of entries from 1–100 allowed. The number of delete digits is
the amount of digits to be removed from the dial plan (maximum 15). The number of
insert digits is the amount of digits to be added to the dial plan (maximum 14). The
number of append digits is the amount of digits added at the end of the dial plan
(maximum 14).
