10. CALLER ID This option can be selected to print Caller ID data
received from the Central Office on incoming calls. This
option requires the use of a 132 column (wide carriage)
printer or an 80 column printer set for condensed print.
The DIRECTORY NAME that appears on the SMDR header is programmed as
follows. Names are written using the keypad. Each press of a key will select a
character. Pressing the next key will move the cursor to the next position. For
example, if the directory name is “SAM SMITH," press the number “7” four times to
get the letter “S.” Now press the number “2” twice to get the letter “A.” Continue
selecting characters from the table below to complete your message.
NOTE: When the character you want appears on the same dial pad key as the
previous character, press the right soft key to move the cursor to the right.

The # key can be used for the following special characters: #, space, &, !, :, ?, ., %,
$, -, <, >, /, =, [, ], @, ^, (, ), _, +, {, }, |, ;, \, " and ~.
