<InterfaceName> is shut down by Edge Loop Detection (ELD) for loop in VLAN <VLAN
ID>.
Probable Cause Indicates that a loop has been detected by Edge Loop Detection (ELD) protocol on the specified
interface. The interface is shut down.

Action needs to be taken to fix the loop.
