Probable Cause Indicates that a USB operation error occurred during execution of the copy support command.
Complete error information cannot always be displayed in this message because of possible errors
in subcommands being executed by the copy support command.

Action
Ensure that the attached USB device is enabled.
Execute the usb on command to enable an attached USB device. After the USB problem is
corrected, rerun the copy support command.

modules timed out during copy support. Retry copy support with timeout option to
collect all modules.
