2.4.3 Call Settings

This page configures all related settings for VoIP Service. Based on the two protocols (H.323 and SIP)

supported, the operation of HT-812P is divided as two Endpoint Types: H.323 Phone and SIP Phone. Some

of the parameters are unique to the Endpoint Type and are described separately below.

REMARK:

Model VP-102 supports only one SIP registration (1 Line).

Model VP-202 supports two SIP registrations (2 Lines).

2.4.3.1 H.323 Phone

The H.323 Phone selection for Endpoint Type refers to the protocol used.

The basic H.323 settings are:

1. Phone Number - This parameter assigns the phone number used for registration in Gatekeeper Mode.

This is used as an alias in Direct Mode.

2. Display Name – This parameter (optional) specifies the Caller name and is transmitted as part of the caller

ID.

3. H.323 ID - This parameter is specified in the H.323 protocol. It is an identifier containing an alphanumeric
