3.9.3 SMS Forwarding
The GoIP supports the SMS forwarding through the SMS under SIP protocol. After users send
the short message to the GoIP through the SMS, the GoIP will send the short message to the specified
VoIP number automatically.
As shown in the above figure, select SMS Mode > Forwarding and enter the VoIP number that is
used to receive the SMS information. The VoIP will automatically forward all the SMS information
from the GSM network to this VoIP number. Similarly, the GoIP will automatically forward all the
SMS information from the VoIP to the specified GSM mobile phone.
1. The GoIP forwards the SMS from the GSM to a specified SIP number.
The following is an example that the GoIP forwards the SMS to the SIP 3999. The red part is the
content of the SMS.
