4. Prepare remaining pre-mix concrete to a wet
damp mix and backfill the hole level to the
ground.
5. Ensure post is vertical on both sides using a
spirit level (adjust cords as required).
6. Allow 3 days to cure concrete before installing
crossbar.
To install crossbar
1. Position steel bracket between vertical post
and crossbar.
Note: Crossbar side with middle recess must
be facing out.
2. Place M8x124mm bolt in the middle of
the crossbar, through the steel bracket and
the vertical post, then affix nut and tighten
into position.

Installation
To install vertical post
1. Mark recommended position and excavate a
hole 250–300mm square x 450mm minimum depth.
2. Prepare a wet damp pre-mix concrete,
approximately 10kg, and backfill the hole
250–300mm from ground level.
3. Place vertical post into the hole in upright
position with plastic cap facing upwards and
tie each length of cord onto 3 equally spaced
stakes on the ground.

Recommended height position of line from
ground level to crossbar mounting hole is
user height + 100mm

Para instalar poste vertical
1. Marque la posición recomendada y excave un
orificio de 250–300 mm (10-12 pulgadas) cuadrados
x 450 mm (1,5 pies) de profundidad mínima.
2. Prepare un concreto premezclado húmedo húmedo,
de aproximadamente 10 kg, y rellene el orificio a
250–300 mm (10-12 pulgadas) desde el nivel del
suelo.
3. Coloque el poste vertical en el agujero en posición
vertical con la tapa de plástico hacia arriba y ate
cada tramo de cable en 3 estacas igualmente
espaciadas en el suelo.
4. Prepare el concreto premezclado restante para
obtener una mezcla húmeda y húmeda y rellene el
nivel del agujero hasta el suelo.
5. Asegúrese de que el poste esté vertical en ambos
lados usando un nivel de burbuja (ajuste los cables
según sea necesario).
6. Deje curar el concreto durante 3 días antes de
instalar la barra transversal.
