• Printers can be damaged if dropped, compressed, punctured, bent, exposed to high
temperatures or placed in contact with liquid. Printers should be inspected before each
use for signs of damage.
o Printer should not be used if water or other liquid spills into the product as this
may result in electrocuon, re or other injury.
o Printer should not be used if exterior casing is warped, bent, punctured or bulging
as this may result in electrocuon, re or other injury.
• Do not press your hands or ngers against the cuer when removing printed paper or
loading/replacing roll paper due to the potenal for injury.
• Cables can be damaged due to improper use, twisng, bending as well as over me and
should be inspected prior to each use for signs of damage.
o Do not use the power cable if it is damaged due to risk of re or electrocuon.
o Do not use the power plug if there is dust or foreign maer aached.
• In the following cases, immediately unplug and contact the CMC Service Center for advice:
o If the product emits smoke, a strange odor, or unusual noise.
o If water or other liquid spills into the product.
o If the product is too hot to touch or the case is deformed.
• Printer should be repaired by an authorized service provider only.
o Do not aempt to open printer casing or perform repairs as this may result in
damage to the printer or injury.
o Do not aempt to access or change printer baery as this can cause damage to
the baery which may result in overheang or injury.
• Printer should only be ulized with approved accessories.
o Use of incompable power or USB cords may result in damage to the printer or
injury.
o Do not use the product with any power supply or volt¬age other than the ones
specied.
o Do not connect cables in ways other than those men¬oned in the manual.
• Mulple, excessive loads on the power outlet (wall outlet) should not be used due to the
risk of re.
• Printer and accessories should not be used in or near water or handled while hands are
wet due to risk of electrocuon.
• The inside of the printer should only be accessed/touched as described in the user manual
to prevent electrocuon or other injury.
WARNING: Failure to follow listed safety instrucons may result in electric
shock, re, death, injury or damage to the printer or other property. Read
all safety instrucons before using the printer.
