Note:
Nothing in this express warranty affects the statutory right available to the consumer. Iseeka (the Company) WARRANTS to the user that if the
Base unit or Wrist-Tag are or become defective and the defect results from faulty materials and or workmanship and not in any way from accident,
misuse or mishandling by the user, the company shall, at its sole option, repair or replace such defective products or part thereof free of charge on
the following basis:-
1, In the case of components and of workmanship – for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase by the user.
The customers dated bill of sale shall be evidence of the date of purchase. This warranty shall be null and void if the products are tampered with,
misused or abused, or if the serial numbers are defaced or removed.
