washer

refit

bearing

inside

toward
back
of
the
pinion

installed

adjusting

spacer

bearing
and
companion
flange
in
that
order
and
install
the
pinion
nut
Note
Apply
gear
oil
to
the
bearing
and
make
sure
that
the
bearing
operates
smoothly
Adjust
the
pinion
bearing
with
the
non
adjusting
spacer
As
the
pinion
nut
is
tightened
stepped
portion
of
the
spacer
is
deformed
and
thus
length
between
bearings
is
adjusted
stepless
