tightening

Turn
pinion
by
hand
so
that
nut
is
not
tightened
excessively
and
in
thickness
of
spacer
and
washer
when
pinion
does
not rotate

Measure
preload
of
drive
pinion
and
select
proper
spacer
and
washer
to
obtain
the
prescribed
preload
