Dismounting

DISASSEMBLY
For
transmission
disassembly
the
following
procedure
applies
The
casings
are
made
of
aluminum
alloy
metal
Be
careful
not
to
damage
it

Drain
gear
oil
from
transmission
2
Remove
dust
cover
release
withdrawal
lever
return
spring
and
remove
withdrawal
lever
and
release
bearing
from
clutch
housing

cover
securing
bolts
and
remove
front
cover

remove rear
exten
sion
Note
When
rear
extension
cannot
be
removed
easily
lightly
tap
it
with
a
plastic
or
wooden
mallet

outer
