harness
note the
following
matters
Connected
unit should
not be loose
rusted or
contaminated

Cable insulator
cover
should not
be
damaged
crack
ed
or
insulating
material should
not
be deteriorated
3 For those
parts
which
are grounded
through
installa
tion bolts
bolts should be
in contact with
body com
pletely so
that
continuity
is
provided

between
body
and bolts

Terminals of
unit
through
which current flows
should not come
into
contact
with othermetal
parts

to a circuit the fuse is
heated
and
melted
the
circuit
is
interrupted
and

or

Cables
should be
clamped
so
that
they
do
not come
into
contact with
sharp
corner or
part
temperature

In the most cases fuse can
be
checked
However when
it
is difficult to check
visually

may
be used

When fuse is
blown off be sUre to correct the
cause
before
installing
new
fuse

Be
sure
to
use fuse
having
the
specified
capaeity
Do not
use
fuse
having larger capacity

20A 30A etc
c When the
contact surface
is
dirty
or rusts or the
eontact
is
loose
voltage
drops
resulting
in
heated
fuses and
abnormally operated
electrical
equip
ment Remove
dust
or
polish
with a fine
emery
paper
to
improve
the
contact
