When
checking
wiring
harness
note
the
following
matters
Connected
unit
should
not
be
loose
rusted
or
contaminated

Cable
insulator
cover
should
not
be
damaged
crack
ed
or
insulating
material
should
not
be
deteriorated

For
those
parts
which
are
grounded
through
installa
tion
bolts
bolts
should
be
in
contact
with
body
com
pletely
so
that
continuity
is
provided
jn
between
body
and
bolts

Terminals
of
unit
through
which
current
flows
should
not
come
into
contact
with
othermetal
parts

No

connection
should
be

should
be
clamped
so
that
they
do
not
come
into
contact
with
sharp
corner
or
part
temperature
of

rotating

belt

positions
such
as
fan

be
provided
with
an

extra
length
at sections

vibration
occurs
due
to
engine
operation
and

anticipated
that
a part
may
be
short
circuited

most
cases
fuse
can
be
checked
However when
it
is
difficult
to
check
visually
tester
may
be
used

When
fuse
is
blown
off
be
sUre
to
correct
the
cause
before
installing
new
fuse

Be
sure
to
use
fuse
having
the
specified
capaeity
Do
not
use
fuse
having
larger
capacity
i
e
20A 30A
etc

When
the
contact
surface
is
dirty
or
rusts
or
the
eontact
is
loose
voltage
drops
resulting
in
heated
fuses
and
abnormally
operated
electrical
equip
ment
Remove
dust
or
polish
with
a
fine
emery
paper
to
improve
the
contact
