12. Except the default; Windows Authentication Mode in the Upgrade Logon Information dialog box. Click
Next.
13. In the Service Account dialog box select ‘Use the built-in System account’, Network service. Be sure to
uncheck the SQL Browser check box. Click Next.
14. In the Configuration Options screen ensure that both boxes ARE check-marked, then click Next.
15. In the Error and Usage Report Settings ensure that both boxes are NOT checked, then click Next.
16. In the Ready to Install dialog box click Install. The upgrade to SQL 2005 Express will begin.
17. The progress will be displayed in the Setup Progress dialog box. When it is available click the Next
button.
18. When the Completing Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Setup dialog box reports that the configuration is
finished click Finish.
