10. In Component Services expand the Console Root down to COM+ Applications. Click to select IIS-
{Default Web Site//Root/eManager}.
11. Right-click, select Properties, select Identity, then click on the Browse button. Select User. Type
‘eManager’ into the field. Click on the Check Names button. Click on OK.
