14. In the IIS Manager screen, click on the Web Service Extension folder. On the properties page,
highlight ASP.NET v2.0xxx. If the status is Prohibit, click on the Allow button.
15. If you are asked to confirm with a Yes button, click Yes.
16. The ASP.NET is now displayed as Allow.
