4. Make the new eManagerUser account a member of the Administrators group. Select the
eManagerUser Properties, the Member of: tab, and click on Add. When you have added
eManagerUser to the Administrators group click on OK.
5. Select Control Panel > Computer Management > Internet Information Services. eManager is using the
Default Application Pool. The next steps will setup the eManager Application Pool.
