UseMAXMemoryCardManagertobackupandrestoreindividualfiles.
Foranyactionscopyingfilestoorfromyourmemorycard,ensureyouhavethememorycard
connectedtoyourPC(seeSection4)thenfollowthesesteps:
Clickthe‘CONTENT–CARD’tabtoviewthefilesstoredon
yourmemorycard.
ClickonafilethatyouwouldliketocopytoyourPC.Youcanselectmultiplefilesby
holdingthe‘CTRL’keywhilstmakingyourselections.
Clickthe‘TOPC’buttontocopytheselectedfilestoyourPC.
Onceafilehasbeencopied
toyourPC,youcanrestoreittoyourmemorycardatany
time(seenextsection).
AnyfilethathasbeencopiedtoyourPCcanberestoredtoyourmemorycard.Ifyouhaven’t
copiedanyfilestoyourPCfirstdosobyfollowingtheinstructionsin
theprevioussection.
1. Clickonthe‘CONTENTPC’tabtoviewthefilesyouhavecopiedtoyourPCfromyour
memorycard.
2. Clickonafilethatyouwouldliketorestoretoyourmemorycard.Youcan selectmultiple
filesbyholdingthe‘CTRL’keywhilstmakingyourselections.
3. Clickonthe ‘TOMEMCARD’buttontocopytheselectedfilestoyourmemorycard.
YoucanincreasethecapacityofyourMAXMemorycardbyswappingtheincludedMicroSDcard
forahighercapacityone.MAXMemoryhasbeentestedwithcardsupto
16GBbutevenlarger
capacitieslike32GBmightbesupportedasthecardsbecomeavailable.
BecausetheXbox360requiresitsmemorycardstouseaspecialfilesystemyouneedtofollow
somesimplestepsthefirsttimeyouuseanewMicroSDcardwithMAXMemory:

thenewMicroSDcardintotheMAXMemorycard
2. PlugtheMAXMemory cardinto theXbox360
3. TurnontheXbox360andgotothe360Dashboard/Nextinterface
4. Select‘MyXbox’
5. Select‘SystemSettings’
6. Select‘Memory’
7. Highlightthememorycard

Presstheyellow(Y)buttononyourcontroller
9. Select‘Format’
OncetheformatiscompleteyourMicroSDcardwillnowbecorrectlyformattedasasingle512MB
cardforusewithMAXMemoryandyourXbox360.NotethatifyouareusinganSDcardwhichis
larger
than512MByouwillneedtochangecards(seeSection2ofthismanual“ChangingCards”).
Whenyouchangetoadifferentcardyouwillinitiallyfindthatcardisalsounformattedandyouwill
needtoformateachcardinthesameway.
