Then press key ON LINE to select the operating mode of the photocell.
The key pression modifies the value on parameter "d" of
command "K", therefore it will be pressed more than one
time
to select the desired value following the instruction of
the here below table:
If the synchronism signal is set on APPLICATION, the system after the printout of
the label moves the plate in application position waiting for the object to be labelled.
Therefore the photocell will be positioned past the application area, more or less
distant depending on the selected application area.
If the synchronism signal is set on PRINT, the system starts the printout of the label,
that will be immediately applied on the object without waiting for further confirmation.
Therefore the photocell must be placed before the application point and at a
distance allowing the system to perform a complete working cycle (printing and
application) following the time set with command "N", but also to apply the label on
the desired point.
If control signal ENABLED is set the printer verify that the signal changes status
before proceding with the printout and the application of the label, if necessary
stopping the cycle, and generating an error signal if the previous object is still
present under the photocell or if the next one has reached too early.
Press key "HEAD LIFT" to execute the choices and have the printout of the test label
including in command "K" the selected value.
