8 - EMERGENCY STOPPING DEVICE

The system AP 230 is equipped with an emergency stopping device, it allows to take

under control both the electrical and pneumatic supply by stopping the system in

case of loss of pressure on the pneumatic supply or in case of loss of voltage on the

electrical power supply.

The Emergency stopping device is composed of:

1 - Compressed air entrance

2 - Power supply entrance

3 - Compressed air exit

4 - Power supply exit

5 - Emergency red button

6 - Re-start green button

The emergency stopping device has to be compulsory placed outside the

interdiction zone created around the applicator and in a place of easy access

and visible position by the operator so that to be sure of the non-presence of

personnel exposed to risk.

The automatic block of the system allows that it can not automatically re-start in case

both of loss of air-pressure or loss of voltage.

In this case the operator after the neccessary check, shoud unlock the red button

by turning it following the sense of the arrow marked on it and press the green button

to re-start the system and send the text of the label.

WARNING: In case the operator has to access the interdiction zone,

follow carefully the procedure described on paragraph 8.1.
