The iPIO is configurable for what events trigger SNMP Traps. See section 7.5 SNMP Setup
Input. Email on any input change
Relay. Email on any relay change
Communication. Email on any change in communication status to the remotes.
Configuration. Email on any configuration change.
5.4. Email Notifications
The iPIO will send email for a number of events. Up to two email addresses can be specified to receive
emails. The types of events that generate emails are also configurable. See section 7.3 Email Setup. The
events that can generate emails are:
Input. Email on any input change
Relay. Email on any relay change
Communication. Email on any change in communication status to the remotes.
Configuration. Email on any configuration change.
Email Syntax for input change
From: <your from account>
Date: Thu, Oct 3, 2013 at 5:14 PM
Subject: Input Change
To: <your to address>
<Location Name of iPIO>
Input <input number> <input name> is <state name>
Example:
From: <mydataprobe@comcast.net>
