River Alarm 1 and River Alarm 2 (RvAl1 & RvAl2)
River Alarms 1 and 2 are threshold type alarms. When the river height rises to a level as defined by
RvAl1 or RvAl2, an alarm sequence is generated sending the river message. Successive alarms of
the same type can only occur if the river height falls below the defined threshold of RvAl1 or RvAl2
and rises again to satisfy the alarm criteria or if the criteria are re-defined by user command.
The river alarms 1 and 2 can be individually disabled by entering RVAL1= or RVAL2= When
the alarm is disabled the alarm value is displayed as "--.--"
