Product Introduction
The E-Class Mark III thermal desktop printers are available in four different model groups to best meet the
needs of a wide variety of applications and budgets. Offering multiple models allows us to keep our prices
competitive and still include the advanced features required for demanding applications.
Basic
The Basic model has the most commonly utilized features and options needed
in most barcode labeling and tagging applications. The Basic model includes
standard USB and serial ports, 5" roll outer diameter, black bar and gap indexing
sensor, and 4.25" wide printing at 203dpi. The options include high resolution
300dpi, thermal transfer, label dispensing, and label or tag cutting.
Advanced
The Advanced model has all the features of the Basic and is intended for
applications that need more communications, performance, or special
media handling. The Advanced model includes both parallel and Ethernet
communications ports, an adjustable bar/gap sensor, and prints up to five inches
per second.
Professional
The Professional model includes all the features and options of the Basic model,
but is for the more sophisticated applications which require the highest level of
interface capabilities with both the operator and other devices. The Professional
model features a display with navigational menu user interface, real time clock,
audible alarms, USB host connectivity, faster print speed, and optional wireless
LAN and Bluetooth communications.
Professional+
The Professional+ model includes all the features and options of the
Professional, but is for those applications that require more media capacity or
media security. It can handle large roll diameters, accepts internal fan folded
media and it has an optional cabinet lock.
