Verify that the DS4800 reader and all the parts supplied with the equipment are present and
intact when opening the packaging; the list of parts includes:

 DS4800 Quick Guide
 Barcode Test Chart (Grade A)
 Genius™ CD-ROM
 Mounting Kit: - bracket
- screws
- flat washers
- lock washers
