1.1 DATALOGIC JET™ PDA DESCRIPTION
Datalogic Jet™ is a professional PDA that extends the power of enterprise computing
to all areas of supply chain management: from planning and production, to
warehousing and transportation. Datalogic’s PDA captures, computes and
communicates information anywhere and anytime, and offers the most versatile
business solution for any warehouse management system.
Key features include fully integrated automatic data capture (1D bar code, 1D bar
code & RFID HF-ISO tags, 1D & 2D bar codes & Image) and superior wireless
communication capabilities (Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi 802.11b, GSM/GPRS) as well as a
winning combination of unique Italian design, compact size, light weight, and great
ergonomics all in a sturdy outer casing.
Datalogic Jet™ enables companies and organizations worldwide to make more
effective use of people and tools for receiving, storage, and shipping activities. For
example, extended mobility allows simultaneous real-time inventory management
