SECTION 4: First aid measures
Description of first aid measures
No special measures are necessary.
General information
Provide fresh air.
After inhalation
Wash with generous amount of water.
After contact with skin
Rinse immediately carefully and thoroughly with eye-bath or water. In case of troubles or persistent
symptoms, consult an ophthalmologist.
After contact with eyes
Rinse mouth immediately and drink large quantities of water. Do not induce vomiting.
After ingestion
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Caution if victim vomits: Risk of aspiration!
SECTION 5: Firefighting measures
Extinguishing media
Carbon dioxide (CO2). Extinguishing powder. Water spray. alcohol resistant foam.
Suitable extinguishing media
High power water jet.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Carbon monoxide.
In case of fire: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Protective clothing.
