Product Information
The PP 100 is a highly flexible and configurable
automated device programming and marking system for
both conventional and fine-pitch devices. From the steel-
frame construction to industrial servo-motors and linear
glass encoders, the PP 100 is designed with highly
durable, production-quality components to provide the
highest level of reliability and performance.
The PP 100 can be configured with up to 16 high-speed
programming sites and a fully configured system provides
a throughput of up to 850 devices per hour. Each
programming site provides 84-pin drivers as standard,
with unlimited pin driver expansion. The programming
sites support all device technologies including FLASH,
FPGA, memory, microcontroller and logic.
Input and output feeder options include tray (JEDEC,
Motorola
®
or NEC), tube or tape-and-reel and devices can
be marked with a laser (CO
2
or YAG) or a labeler. Built-in
Ethernet capabilities allow easy hook-up to a Novell
network for central control and download of data files from
a secured database.
